Small issues in Ubuntu Feisty

There were a couple issues I noticed when following the instructions on Feisty, one of which had to be resolved with a couple of SymLinks:

-some of the references to various lib*.so.[SomeNumber] in utadm and utpw were looking for the right lib in the right location with a slightly different number -utconfig still thinks Apache isn't installed (I did notice that the page says the config file is at /etc/apache2/apache.conf when it's actually at /etc/apache2/apache2.conf)
